JOIN CLUB KONA LE'A

To join Club Kona Le'a, click on the "Enrollment Form" button below, then fill out the form and select your choice of Ground or Whole Bean Medium Roast coffee and the number of 100% Kona Coffee bags (7oz. or 198g) you would like to receive on a monthly basis. You will receive an email confirmation that your membership has been received and accepted, and a member number will be assigned to your account.

Your initial shipment will be sent the first working day of the month following membership acceptance or as you requested in your application.

You may cancel your membership at any time by notifying us via email at coffee@konaleacafe.com or click on the "Cancellation Form" button below. Please reference your membership number for proper cancellation. And always, you may order any amount of 100% Kona Coffee outside the Club Kona Le'a program at any time.

Signing up or canceling your membership is very simple. Print and fill-out the form, then fax it to our office at 808-545-3018 or mail to Kona Le'a Cafe, LLC., P. O. Box 15066, Honolulu, HI 96830-5066.
